Booking via booking platform
When booking via Booking.com, AirBnB or Expedia, the price for the stay is paid directly by you as guests on the respective platform.

Deposit
A deposit of € 300 is required for your stay.

Your registered credit card details are automatically used for the debit and return of the deposit.
Please deposit a credit card on your digital personal information page if you have not already done so during the booking process.
If you do not have a credit card, the deposit can also be paid by bank transfer, please contact us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay the deposit in cash.

Payments:
Debit of the deposit 2 days before arrival
Return of the deposit within 7 days after departure.
The time of visibility of the chargeback depends on your credit card provider.

The deposit may be retained in part or in full in the following cases:
Damage to the accommodation
Damage to the common areas
Heavy soiling (e.g.: burnt-in dirt and stains, sticky and heavily soiled surfaces, sticky chewing gum, lack of waste separation, tufts of hair in drains or in the toilet, etc.).
Careless handling of the inventory (e.g.: furniture, kitchen utensils, appliances, decoration, lamps, etc.)
Lost keys
Theft
Non-compliance with the house rules
Damage and dirt which is not reported on arrival or during the stay.

In principle, all costs required to restore the accommodation to its original condition (including inventory) are to be paid.
If the deposit amount is not sufficient to cover the costs incurred, the additional costs will be charged.

Arrival tip
The building is located directly on the main road (B 161, Pass-Thurn-Straße) in the village of Jochberg (Tirol), between the fire station and the gondel station of the Wagstätt lift. In case of problems we recommend the use of navigation services such as: Google-Maps.

your Apartment
The Top 04 is located on the upper & attic floor of the building. The apartment entrance is at the attic floor.

parking
Free parking spaces are available directly at the building: 2 parking spaces in the garage.
You can open the gate to the garage with the apartment key, the lock for the key is located on the house wall on the left, by the entrance.
Entry height max. 2.23 m., please only use the allocated parking spaces according to the booked Top.

E-mobility
There are normal sockets (2,3 kW) in the garage, which can be unlocked and used for charging on request.
For activation, a charge- and expense fee of 30,00 € per electric charge will be charged. Please let us know in advance because we have to unlock it.

Handover of keys
By means of an automated message, you will receive the code for the key box by e-mail or in the chat on the respective booking platform on the morning of the day of arrival. After entering the correct key code at the key box, the keys are ready for collection.

Check-In
Check-in is possible from 3 pm. You can then check in yourself using the key box.
Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible. If an earlier check-in is possible, you will be contacted by our resort staff.

Didn't receive a code?
If you have not received a code by 2 pm on the day of arrival, please contact us.
 

Check-Out
Check-out is possible until 10:00 am. A later check-out is unfortunately not possible.
Please return the keys to the key box when you leave, the code is valid during your whole stay.
Please do not throw the keys in the mailbox!
 

Lost keys?
Lost keys will be charged at € 60 per key.

There is an fireplace in your accommodation, which you are welcome to use during your stay.

firewood
To light the fire, you will need firewood, kindling and firelighters, which are available in the nearby shops. We have put together some recommendations for shops in the area for you on a display in the accommodation.
We ask for your understanding that we do not provide firewood for sale in our holiday flats and facilities.

Responsible use of the fireplace is a requirement!
The duty and liability of responsible use of the fireplace lies with the guests at all times.
In the event of damage or disregard of the safety and usage instructions, the costs for repairs or all resulting expenses will be charged.

Please note the following when using the fireplace:
1) Only burn suitable firewood - under no circumstances burn wet or treated wood, waste paper, cardboard, plastics, flammable liquids, household waste, or other substances and materials!
2) Due to the heat development in the area of the stove, never leave children under the age of 12 unsupervised in the room (surface temperature above 60°C) - risk of burns!
3) Remove all flammable objects from the area around!

There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet.
Sauna in the apartment.
One Washing machine and one dryer are available in the basement/lower floor. An iron and ironing board are in the apartment.

toiletries
Please note that this is a holiday apartment and therefore there are no toiletries in the bathroom.
The toilet is equipped with toilet paper, hand soap can also be found in the bathrooms and toilets.

towels
2 towels are provided per person (1 x shower towel, approx. 70x140 cm, 1 x towel, approx. 50x100 cm).

bed linen
Bed linen are provided in the apartment.
1 bed set is available per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow + cover, 1 x blanket + cover).
 

kitchen equipment
In the kitchen you will find crockery, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, tea towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, bin liners and sponges or sponge cloths.
Kitchen appliances such as oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge (incl. freezer compartment) are in the accommodation. A optigrill and a filter coffee machine are available in your apartment. Filters, etc. are generally not provided in the apartment.
Salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, tea, baking paper, aluminium foil, etc. are not automatically provided in the accommodation (unless previous guests have left them in the accommodation).

In your apartment you will find as many seats in the kitchen area as the maximum occupancy of the apartment.

Key Box
The key box is located on the left side of the carport wall in front of the house.

Reception
The reception is located in the basement, at the entrance to the garage. Please note that the reception is not permanently occupied.

Ski- & Bike room
The ski & bike room is located in thethe basement.
Please do not take ski boots, skis or snowboards into the apartment.

Washing machine & dryer
One washing machine and one dryer are located in the basement.

Garbage
You will find the rubbish bins in the wood-panelled boxes to the right of the entrance to the garage.
Please help and separate your waste!

Heating
The heating can be controlled manually with controllers (thermostats).
 

Air conditioning
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioner

Damages & Cleaning
Guests are responsible for reporting any self-caused damage and any abnormalities present on arrival immediately.
If no report is made, it must be assumed that the damage was caused by the guests' stay.

In case of heavy soiling, additional costs will be incurred for our cleaning staff, which will be invoiced (see point deposit).

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and buildings, please use the outside areas. Smoking inside results in withholding of the deposit.

Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments, we ask for your understanding.

Volume
Please pay attention to the volume and be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Loud parties or music is not allowed. The night rest is between 10 pm and 8 am.

supermarket
In the centre of Jochberg you will find a Spar supermarket.
In Kitzbühel you will find larger supermarkets (Billa, Hofer, M-Preis, etc.) and other shopping facilities.

bakery
In the centre of Jochberg you will find the Krimbacher butcher, which also includes a restaurant and a café.
In Aurach you will find the bakery - confectionery - cafe Neumayr.

bread or breakfast service
We do not offer a bread or breakfast service.

Cancellation period when booking via website
Changes and cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge.
Changes and cancellations within 10 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the total price.
Cancellations must be made in written form.

Changes and cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Travel insurance
We recommend the protection or purchase of travel insurance to be protected in cases of unforeseen events (illness, death, etc.) after the cancellation period.

With a guest card from the Kitzbühel Alps area, you receive a reduction of € 2-3 per Summer Card when purchasing the Summer Card.
